今回は、皆様が泣いて待ちに待った
ナカガワタクの"アーティストをご紹介いたしますわよ"
のコーナーがやってまいりました。
鼻血を出して喜んでみてもよろしくてよ。
なんでオネエ言葉なのかは、あたいもわからなくってよ。
さて、第一弾はシンガポールの現代アーティスト
Victoria tan
Lessons In Displacement & Being - Victoria Tan
1993年生まれの、今年27歳。
アジアを中心に世界中を周り
版画、写真、立体作品など、様々なアート作品を生み出すアーティスト。
シンガポールの大学ランキング5位に位置する難関大学 ラサール芸術大学卒業。
在学中より世界中をめぐり各国のアーティストと交流を深める。
そんな彼女ですが実は日本フリークで、在学中も京都で伝統的な木版画の技法を学びに短期留学のため、数度の来日経験あり。
